- Fixed Rate Shipping is available for $5.00 on any item shipped in Ontario. Shipping is free on orders over $60, unless otherwise indicated (promotion). We ship with stadard parcel Canada Post and your order should be received within 1 week. If you need your item shipped with any other courier, please contact us. Please confirm you have entered the correct shipping address. If the item is returned to us by the post office, the shipping fee cannot be refunded. Shipping is available to anywhere in Canada. At this time, we cannot ship to other countries. To find the cost of shipping to your province, add an item to your cart, click on My Cart at the top of the page, and enter your province and postal code to get a shipping estimate.

- PerfumeDestination.com uses 256-bit SSL encryption to secure your order process. What does that mean exactly? This means that when you enter your username, password or creditcard information - your data is secure. You can verify this by looking for the lock at the top of the browser near the website address. Personal information you enter on the site remains strictly with us. You can rest assured that anything you give us (name, address, email, phone, etc) will never be sold, lent or given to any other party and will be used solely to process the transaction or deliver the special deals newsletter you have signed up for. - Returns
- Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items to be returned must receive an RMA number from us BEFORE being returned. Please contact us to get an RMA number as it MUST be printed on the return package. Items without an RMA number will not be accepted. The cost of shipping is not refundable unless the error is on our part. To return an item, please ensure the following:
- 1. Items to be returned MUST be returned by mail.
- 2. The item must be shipped using a postal service with a tracking number.
- 3. The item must still be in its original packaging (plastic, tags, stickers).
- 4. You have contacted us within 15 days of delivery and listed your order number (found in the email you received from us).
- 5. Only mail the item once you have received an RMA number from us. This number must be printed on the outside of the box.
- 6. Please be aware that items marked as final sale and clearance cannot be returned.
- Ordering
- Products listed in our online catalog already include taxes. Ordering online is easy. If you know the name of the item you are looking for, search for it at the top left of the page. You can also browse the catalog by first choosing Men or Women on the main navigation menu. After searching or selecting Men or Women, you can further narrow your selection by using the menu on the left to restrict the viewable products by designer, size or price. Once you have found the item(s) you want, enter a quantity and repeat as necessary. PerfumeDestination.com is available to residents of Canada only. Though we plan to expand to the United States in the future, we cannot ship any products outside of the country at this time.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payments are handled by Paypal's online payment system. You can pay whether or not you have a Paypal account. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to Paypal's site to complete your purchase. If you do have a Paypal account and would like to use it, simply login at the Paypal page. If you do not have one and would like to use your credit card, once you are redirected to Paypal's page, choose Pay with a Credit Card in the middle of the page and fill out the required details. Pricing is set in the Canadian Dollar and includes taxes. Unfortunately, out of country orders are not accepted at this time. If you have a coupon code, enter it at the checkout page and your discount will be applied.
- Viewing Orders
- To view your order information or see the status of your order, you will need to login to your account. If you completed your purchase as a guest, you will not be able to do this. Instead, drop us an email with the information you need and we'll respond as soon as possible. You can do that here. Creating an account allows you to checkout faster next time by saving your address information, view past orders and more. You can create an account here.

- Looking for a perfume that isn't listed on the site? Let us know and we'll let you know within 24 hours if we can get it for you! Our site is still growing and the selection of hard to find and discontinued fragrances are still to be added. Send us an email over here.
